The strategy call
30 minutes. We map your stack. You decide what's next.
A free architecture read for insurance agency principals, no deck, no pitch. You leave with a written map of your stack whether or not we build it. It is a working session with Mike Moore, the founder, not a sales rep reading a script, and you keep the map either way.
- We'll cover: what you run today, where the HIPAA exposure is, and what to build first.
- You'll leave with: a written architecture read, yours to keep.
- What it isn't: a demo, a sales deck, or a HighLevel pitch.
We reply within one business day, and most calls are booked inside 48 hours. If you would rather bring evidence, run the free AEO Audit first and hand us the results on the call.

Licensed insurance agent since 2017. Mike grew his own ACA book past $1M a year in production, then built the AI and technology stacks that Medicare, health, and life agencies use to get found, get cited, and stay compliant. Before insurance he made markets on the CBOE, CFE, and CBOT floors, so risk and infrastructure are the two languages he thinks in. The read you get on the call is his, informed by the 56,667 agency websites we have audited and the 993,000-plus leads we have enriched, not a template.
The 30 minutes
What actually happens on the call
Answer first: it is a live audit of how your agency runs, in three passes, ending with a written map. Here is the shape of the half hour.
Minutes 0 to 10, the inventory
We list what you run today out loud: your CRM, website, quoting and enrollment tools, tracking pixels, phone and texting stack, and where your leads come from. Most principals have never seen it written down in one place. This is the map's foundation.
Minutes 10 to 20, the exposure read
We flag where the risk sits, starting with tracking on your Medicare, ACA, and health pages. A standard client-side pixel firing on a page that handles health information is a live compliance problem, and HHS guidance on online tracking technologies is explicit about it. This is exactly the gap our Up to Code remediation was built to close.
Minutes 20 to 30, the build order
We sketch what to build first and why, in priority order, so you spend on the thing that moves revenue or removes risk soonest. Sometimes that is a Digital Foundation website, sometimes it is Ambrose running your back office, and sometimes it is a fix your own team can ship next week. We tell you which.
You do most of the talking in the first ten minutes. We do most of it in the last ten. Nobody screen-shares a deck.
Who you talk to and how fast
No SDR, no gatekeeper, no wait
You talk to the founder
The call is with Mike Moore, a licensed agent who has actually sold Medicare and ACA and actually built the stacks we sell. He reads your setup the way an underwriter reads a file: what is exposed, what is missing, what to do first. You will not be handed off to a junior rep who learned insurance last quarter.
You hear back within one business day
Submit the form and our team replies within one business day, usually the same day. Most strategy calls land on the calendar inside 48 hours. If you prefer to move now, the form routes you straight to the calendar so you can pick a time without waiting for a reply at all.
Come with a stack problem, not a blank page. The sharper your note in the form, the sharper the read. A line like "we are on HighLevel, scaling into three states, and unsure whether our Medicare pages are compliant" tells us exactly where to point the first ten minutes.
Before you book
What should you expect from the call?
Short answer: 30 minutes, a real read of your agency's stack, and a written map you keep either way. Here is what principals ask us most.
