About
We've been on your side of the table.
Strategic AI Architects builds AI visibility, answer engine optimization, and agentic infrastructure for insurance agencies. It was founded by a licensed producer who grew a $1M ACA book before he wrote a line of code, so the work is built from the agent's chair, not the marketer's deck.

Strategic AI Architects was founded by Mike Moore. He started out as a CBOE/CFE/CBOT market maker, but the part that matters to you started in 2017: he got his insurance license and grew his own ACA book past $1 million a year in production as a personal producer. Then he started building the technology that agencies now use to get found by Google, cited by AI, and called by clients.
That's the difference: we're not marketers who discovered insurance, we're an insurance producer who learned to build. We've sat in your chair, so the thesis is simple: agencies that get cited by AI in the next five years win. We build that, from a $97 per month community all the way to Ambrose, the custom AI infrastructure you own.

Site audits come from our AEO audit engine's crawl log of U.S. insurance agency websites, lead counts from our enrichment database, and record counts from the public and licensed datasets (CMS, HealthCare.gov, U.S. Census, NPI) our models are trained on. Who we are
Who founded Strategic AI Architects, and why should an agency trust them?
Strategic AI Architects was founded by Mike Moore, a licensed insurance producer who built a personal ACA book past $1 million a year in production before building the AI and search technology the company sells today. The short version: the person designing your visibility systems has personally quoted, sold, and serviced the exact plans your clients buy.
Before insurance, Mike spent years as a market maker on the CBOE, CFE, and CBOT trading floors, pricing risk in real time in markets where speed and clean data decided who won and who blew up. That background matters more than it sounds. Answer engines are a market too: attention is the asset, structured data is the edge, and the agencies that are legible to machines get quoted while everyone else gets skipped. In 2017 he earned his insurance license and spent the next several years across the kitchen table from Medicare, ACA, and life clients, watching firsthand how real people search, compare, and decide. Every product we ship still passes one test: would this have made my own agency easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to buy from?
That is why our content is authored at the organization level, under the Strategic AI Architects Data Desk, rather than ghost-written under a single name. For regulated topics like Medicare and ACA, organization-level authorship, cited sources, and verifiable track record are the signals that AI engines and search engines weigh when they decide who to trust and quote. We hold ourselves to the same standard we build for clients.
Our story
How did Strategic AI Architects start?
Strategic AI Architects started as a producer's problem, not a marketer's pitch. Mike Moore spent years quoting families before he ever wrote code, and when AI engines started answering insurance questions directly, he saw the shift coming for every agency and began building the technology to survive it.
The path from trading floor to agentic infrastructure was not a straight line. It was a sequence, each stage feeding the next.
Market maker on the CBOE, CFE, and CBOT. Learned to price risk in real time and to trust structured data over gut feel.
Earned an insurance license and started producing. Medicare, ACA, and life, one client at a time.
Grew a personal ACA book past $1 million a year in production, learning exactly how insurance buyers search, compare, and choose.
Watched AI engines start answering coverage questions directly, and realized most agencies were invisible to the tools replacing Google.

How we work
What makes the approach different from a marketing agency?
Everything we recommend has been tested on our own book of business first. We are not selling tactics we read about. We are productizing the exact systems a working producer built to get his own agency found, and then hardened across tens of thousands of other agency sites.
Built from the producer's chair
We know why a Medicare shopper abandons a quote, what an ACA family actually types into ChatGPT, and which questions an AEP caller asks before they trust you. That lived experience shapes the pages, schema, and answers we build, so they read like an expert wrote them, because one did.
Grounded in real data
Our benchmarks come from auditing 56,609 real insurance agency websites and enriching 993,000+ leads, not from opinion. When we say a page needs schema, an llms.txt, and agent-callable tools to get cited, that is what the crawl data across the industry actually shows.
The method is a loop, not a launch. We audit against the same four-pillar AI citation standard we apply to every Mike-owned property: an Article or WebPage schema with organization-level authorship, a FAQPage schema phrased as real search queries, a Dataset schema that credits the exact government source behind any statistic, and site-level agentic readiness so AI assistants can not only read your pages but call your tools. Then we score, fix, re-score, and only publish what passes. It is the difference between a site that looks finished and a site that actually gets quoted.
The work
What does Strategic AI Architects build?
We build the full stack an agency needs to get found by Google, cited by AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and called by clients. Websites, answer engine optimization, structured data, content pipelines, HIPAA-compliant tracking, and the AI infrastructure behind them, all under one roof.
There is no single product, because agencies are at different stages. There is a ladder, and every rung ships the same underlying engineering.

The engine
What is Ambrose?
Ambrose is the agentic AI operating system for insurance: nine named AI department heads coordinating 19+ modular spokes, all reading from THE BRAIN, our insurance intelligence layer wired to 43 government data spokes and trained on 11M+ public records across all 50 states.
This is not a chatbot bolted onto a template. THE BRAIN pulls live from public sources like CMS, HealthCare.gov, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics, so the content it writes, the calls it answers, the rankings it optimizes, and the reviews it harvests are grounded in real, current data, then it learns from what works. The department heads and spokes are what turn that intelligence into an agency that runs itself. When we say we never undersell Ambrose, we mean it is the ceiling of what we build, and it is built to be owned, not leased.
Our clients
Who does Strategic AI Architects serve?
We serve independent insurance agencies and agents, with deep specialization in Medicare, ACA, life, and health. If your clients are seniors comparing Medicare plans, families shopping the marketplace, or households protecting income with life insurance, we speak your language because we sold your products.
That ranges from a solo producer joining the community in their first year, to a growing agency that needs a digital foundation before AEP, to established multi-state operations replacing a patchwork of vendors with infrastructure they control. We work remotely with agencies across 14 states from our Sioux Falls, South Dakota headquarters, and everything we recommend has been tested on our own book of business first.
